Short facts About this layout Because she decided not changing her domain name, she wanted a new and professional website. That's why 'www.bunchdesign.com inspired me for making this layout. It looks so fine and that was exactly what I wanted!' |
History The beginning of the website business for Joyce was brought on some not interesting profile website. It was her first 'website' (August 2004) about the most amazing and talented singer of the whole world: Christina Aguilera (She’s a big fan of her!). This fan site had the name: 'msz__christina'. But she was a little more interested in making website for her art. She became a member of a Belgian forum where they had blends/collages/icons challenges. She loved to make collages with Photoshop. Months after that, this became an obsession. She thought she had more obsessions and started her first portfolio: 'oneobsession'. Because there were a lot of websites on the World Wide Web with the name 'obsession', she decided to choose the name 'oneobsession', 'cause this was only one of her obsessions. Six months later Joyce wanted her own host; an own domain and space on the Internet. The time has come that she would seriously a place for her own. A place to show her artwork to the world. The domain was purchased on February 18, 2007, from www.hosting2GO.nl. That day she took the right decision to buy a domain. She had the name iAM on her mind for a couple of weeks to use it for the domain, when she should buy a domain. She named herself iAMfor a while and because people know her with the name iAM, she named the domain iAM-ART. This because it's the art of iAM (Joyce). She discussed it with her parents and friends and they were agreed with her. Later that day she had her domain! She was so excited about it that she was totally freaked out! Everyone had to hear and know about it! A year later she had thoughts about changing her domain name into something new, but she decided not changing her name and just moving on with iAM. 'Maybe I'll change it when I have a new name', she said. |
